The home page lay out has been generated to quickly and easily send you to specific pages by catagory. However you can find specific items easily by using the Pico search on the home page. Type in the desired item's name and choose from the selection page to be taken directly to the order page for that item.

How does the Family Book Store differ from other online book stores?

At The Christian Family Shop we are attempting to offer family friendly products which will help families to grow and learn together. If you find anything on this site offensive or objectional, please email me at carolt@thechristianfamilyshop.com. We can not, of course, review every selection personally, but every effort is made to choose family freindly material.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 3 business days of ordering.

What is the return policy?

If within 14 days of receiving your item or items you are dissatisfied with it, we will refund your purchase cost. Return shipping is at your expense. Email us at carolt@thechristianfamilyshop.com before sending any product back. Give the item number of the product and the reason for return and directions will be emailed back to you.

What payment options do I have?

We accept paypal, and most major credit cards. Personal checks, money orders and certifiec checks will be excepted, but shipment will be delayed until payment is confirmed. Checks should be sent to CMT Marketing, INC, 11705 W.Washington Rd, Sumner, MI 48889.

The Family Book Shop excepts most major credit cards and paypal. Delivery will be slower if you send a check or money order, but they will be excepted. Product will not be shipped until payment is received and verified.
