SHIPPING: is available to our customers within the continental US by USPS Ground, UPS and 2 day air. Auto notification of shipping will be sent to your email address if given. All orders should be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment.  Note that UPS does not ship on Saturdays, as well as holidays. All orders received after 5 pm will not be processed until the following day.

All effort is made to maintain adequate stock, but you will be notified if an item is back ordered.

RETURNS: Please inspect your items immediately. Damage claims will not be honored after 15 days of receipt of item. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. Include report of any damage on all items in one order, we will not process returns twice on one order. If an item you receive is defective/damaged upon receipt, we will arrange replacement at NO additional shipping or handling costs. If defective, most products  must be returned to Covenant Games 825 37th Ave NW, Rochester, MN 55901. Please first contact us by email or phone because an authorization number is required, and we will email that to you.  Allow up to 5 business days for processing and return from the date they are received.

CANCELLATIONS:  All orders/back orders may be canceled prior to shipping, at no cost to the customer. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to carolt@thechristianfamilyshop.com.

Items with product codes beginning with K cannot be canceled and return postage is nonrefundable. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
